Power Punk Yoga: An intense, cathartic routine set to powerful music that is also a great cardio workout to get you sweating as you tone your whole body. Because sometimes you need a little attitude with your yoga! For intermediate to advanced students or those used to challenging fitness routines. Yoga for Dancers: With the constant stresses dancers put on their bodies, yoga is the perfect way to keep bodies toned and balanced. With its emphasis on correct stretching and proper aligment, both the mind and bodies of dancers will stay flexible with the techniques taught in this workshop. Hatha Focus:Traditional hatha yoga poses are used for stretching, flexibility and relaxation, with specific asanas chosen for in-depth focus. Focused asanas can range from beginner poses to inversions.
