Bring your group to The Flying Irish Studio or have an instructor come to your facility or event.

Air Yoga: Move like a kid again! Let our comfortable yoga slings cradle and support your body in beginner through advanced poses. You'll experience increased stretches, muscle release, body realignment and relaxation. You’ve never felt so good!

Air Yoga/Air Dance: Warm up with classic yoga poses and then use the Air Yoga slings to create sequences of movements.Try the sequences on a fixed point, low-slung, swiveled apparatus.

Power Punk Yoga:An intense, cathartic routine set to powerful music that is also a great cardio workout to get you sweating as you tone your whole body. Because sometimes you need a little attitude with your yoga! For intermediate to advanced students or those used to challenging fitness routines.

Yoga for Dancers: With the constant stresses dancers put on their bodies, yoga is the perfect way to keep bodies toned and balanced. With its emphasis on correct stretching and proper aligment, both the mind and bodies of dancers will stay flexible with the techniques taught in this workshop.

Ceile Dance: The basics of Irish Dance are taught in fun, relaxed manner, and then are used in traditional group dances. Ceiles can also be taught as adaptive dance.

Irish Step: Learn Irish Dance movements and put them into steps and dances in hard shoe or soft shoe, traditional and/or modern Irish Dance. Proper technique and timing will be emphasized. Material will be adapted to the skill level of the participants.
